Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want AtmaJyoti to be a fair purchase. This page explains the free trial, how our plans work, and when and how you can get a refund.
Try before you pay
AtmaJyoti offers a free trial so you can evaluate the workbench before paying anything. We encourage you to cast charts and explore the tools during the trial to make sure the service meets your needs.
One-time plans — no auto-renewal
Our monthly and yearly plans are one-time payments. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring billing — we will never charge your payment method again without you choosing to buy another period. When a plan reaches the end of its term, access simply lapses until you decide to renew. Because nothing renews automatically, there is no subscription to "cancel"; you are in control of every payment.
Refunds
If you change your mind after a paid purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided the service has not been substantially used during that time (for example, you have not relied on the tools to generate and export a significant number of charts or reports). Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, less any non-refundable fees charged by the payment gateway (Razorpay or PayPal) on the transaction.
After 7 days, or where the service has already been substantially used, purchases are generally non-refundable, since access to the workbench has been provided. If something has gone wrong — for example you were charged but could not access the service — please contact us and we will make it right.
How to request a refund
Email us at jyotish@vedhian.com from the address on your account, within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:
- the email address associated with your AtmaJyoti account,
- the approximate date and amount of the payment, and
- the payment reference or order ID if you have it.
This helps us locate your order quickly and process the request.
Processing time
Once a refund is approved, we process it to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days. The time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
